Rajnigandha is one of the most important tropical ornamental bulbous flowering plants cultivated for the production of flower spikes which are fragrant. It is commonly used in religious activities, in hair ornamentation as in gajras etc.

Care:
1. Watering- Requires frequent watering I summers on a daily basis the soil must not become very dry. In winters water on alienate days to keep soil moist.
2. Fertilization- Give vermicompost/mix of potassium, nitrogen and phosphorus every four to six weeks.
3. Sunlight- Rajnigandha requires ample of sunlight about 5-6 hours daily. In summers keep it in shade or in diffused sunlight for afternoons.
